About us
We've been where you are.
We're not consultants who study startups from the outside. We're founders and operators who've have help build companies, developed products and services, and made many mistakes — so you don't have to.

What we stand for
The principles that guide every engagement
Clarity over comfort
We tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. The most valuable thing an advisor can give a founder is an honest assessment — even when it's uncomfortable.
Depth over breadth
We work with a small number of clients at any given time. That's intentional. You get our full attention, not a junior associate and a templated deliverable.
Outcomes over outputs
We don't measure success by the number of documents we produce. We measure it by what you build, raise, and ship. Every engagement is designed around a concrete outcome.
Operators, not theorists
Every piece of advice we give is grounded in direct experience. We've made the decisions you're facing. We know what the tradeoffs actually feel like and is passionate about helping others achieve success.
Our methodology
How we think about the work
Most consulting engagements fail because they're designed around the consultant's process, not the client's problem. We start every engagement by getting deeply clear on what success looks like — not in 90 days, but in 18 months. Then we work backwards. What decisions need to be made? What information is missing? What assumptions need to be tested? The work flows from there.
Start with the outcome, not the deliverable
Diagnose before prescribing
Make the implicit explicit
Leave the team stronger than you found it
Let's find out if we're a good fit.
We're selective about who we work with — not because we're precious about it, but because the work only succeeds when there's genuine alignment. A 30-minute call is the fastest way to find out.
